Car Accident Payout (the "Site") is not a law firm and not a lawyer referral service, nor is it a substitute for hiring an attorney or law firm. The Site offers no legal, business or tax advice, recommendations, mediation or counseling in connection with any legal matter, under any circumstances. Nothing on the Site, and nothing said by a case specialist, is a legal determination. Whether you qualify for anything, and any outcome, depends on your situation and is determined by an attorney you choose to work with.

Who pays

Participating attorneys and law firms are independent third parties who pay a fee to promote their services through the Site. There is no cost to you for using the Site or for a case specialist's call. If you choose to hire a participating attorney, any fee is agreed between you and that attorney; attorneys in our network often work on a contingency basis, meaning you may owe nothing unless your case is won, but the terms are theirs, not ours.

How attorneys are matched

By objective criteria only: the state where the crash happened, the type of crash and which participating attorney is available. We do not evaluate the merits of your situation, we do not rank or compare attorneys, and we do not endorse or recommend any participating attorney. You may request an attorney by name. Using the Site, calling, or submitting a form does not create an attorney-client relationship with anyone, and you are not represented by anyone until you sign an agreement with an attorney.

Attorney advertising

This Site and the advertisements that lead to it are attorney advertising on behalf of participating attorneys. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Results vary.

Numbers and stories

The Site does not state settlement amounts, averages or case values. Any story or example shown on the Site or in an advertisement is a labelled illustration, not a real client, until a released real case replaces it.

Consent to be contacted

When you submit the form you agree that Car Accident Payout and one participating law firm or its intake partner may contact you at the number and email you entered, by phone call, text message and email, including automated dialing systems, prerecorded or artificial voice messages and AI-generated voice calls, about your inquiry. Consent applies even if your number is on a federal or state Do Not Call list. Consent is not a condition of any service or of legal representation. Message and data rates may apply.
